To all swim families.
I am the captain of Team USA, one of many teams participating in the
American Cancer Society Relay For Life. Relay For Life is a family-oriented
event where participants can walk or run on a track relay style for 24 hours.
Participants camp around the track, and when they are not taking their turn,
take part in other fun activities.
Our goal as Team USA is to raise the most money to donate to cancer
research. Online donations can be made through the Relay for Life website. The
American Cancer Society has assured us that it is a secure website and
perfectly safe to donate online. To donate to Team USA:
If you would prefer to make an off-line donation, once you have clicked on my
name, scroll down until you see the "to print an offline donation form, click
here" and follow the instructions.
We would love to have you join our team and walk with us on June 7 - 8 at
BWMS. To join Team USA go to the address in #1 above and then click "join a
team". Type Team USA in the box and follow the directions. There is a $10
participation fee per team member. We’re hoping to get as many walkers as we
can so check your schedules and sign up soon!!
Please help the 2008 Brownsburg Relay for Life reach its donation goal of
$85,000 to support cancer research!
